FILE IMPORTS

If you've faced challenges importing workout data to the Health app from third-party apps or devices with missing information such as maps or heart rate data, Better Workouts can import FIT files recorded via your cycling computer or smartwatch. The app strives to retain as much data as possible from your workout, including maps, events, heart rate, and distance samples.

TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

Better Workouts can read Health data stored by the Workout app on your Apple Watch or through manual importing from a FIT file. While it may access workouts stored in the Health app by third-party apps, some details could be unavailable.

Your privacy is a top priority! Better Workouts accesses data from the Health app without utilizing a server.
